Dr. Joyce brings a distinguished history of pioneering disruptive technologies, complemented by extensive experience in both public and private sectors. His career spans organizations ranging from emerging startups to global enterprises. As an Electrical/Computer Engineer holding a PhD in both Computer Science and Information Science, he has been at the forefront of technological innovation in hardware, software, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence since the 1980s.


His groundbreaking contributions include authoring the patent for the first complex (highly plural) Artificial Intelligence engine ("Methods and Apparatus for Heuristic Firewall," 2000) and establishing the cybersecurity field of Geo-Fencing ("Methods and Apparatus for Heuristic/Deterministic Finite Automata," 2006). Most recently, Dr. Joyce has transformed Claude Shannon's theoretical vision of mathematically proven uncrackable encryption, and a comprehensive suite of primitives and protocols, into reality with the methods illustrated in "Heuristic One-Time Pad Encryption" (2019).


To accomplish this significant achievement, he derived the world's first true one-way function, which provides the foundation for a new secure digital arena and simultaneously resolves the P versus NP Millennium Math Problem (demonstrating that P ≠ NP). The mathematical proof will be published following the successful commercialization of the technology, ensuring proper intellectual property protection while advancing the field of cryptography.


With over 40 years dedicated to developing this innovative cryptographic method, Dr. Joyce is now prepared to transition this technology to wider implementation.
